  • Our rooms are designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of two adults.

    We are happy to welcome families with children however we would like to inform you that we do not offer specific facilities such as extra beds, baby cots, or a dedicated kids' menu at this time.

     

    For families traveling with children, we have the following guidelines in place:

     

    Children between the ages of 0 and 5 are welcome to share their parents' bed free of charge.

     

    Children between the ages of 6 and 11 can share their parents' bed with an additional cost of USD 50 per night including breakfast. This allows families to stay together while ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.

  • All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Please use the regulator to set the air conditioning. If you need any assistance or have questions about the system, please contact our front desk for help.

  • Public parking is available anywhere in Galle Fort. However, we kindly remind you that the hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or vehicles parked in the public parking area. Please exercise caution and ensure the security of your belongings.

  • Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM, allowing you to settle in comfortably. When it's time to depart, we kindly request that you check out by 12:00 PM. Should you require a late check-out, please reach out to our friendly guest service team for assistance at the Front Desk. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that late check-outs are subject to availability and may involve an additional fee.

  • We encourage you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and any specific details about your stay with us through TripAdvisor or Google reviews. Your feedback will enable us to enhance our services and provide an even better experience for our guests. We genuinely appreciate your time and willingness to share your valuable insights with us.

  • For the comfort and safety of all guests, cooking anywhere within the hotel premises, including in your room, is strictly prohibited. When consuming or bringing food into your room, please exercise caution and ensure cleanliness to prevent attracting insects and ants. Proper disposal of food waste and maintaining cleanliness will help us uphold the highest standards of hygiene throughout the hotel.

  • We are happy to accept Master or VISA for your bill settlements. Regretfully we do not have any facility for processing American Express at this time. Should you have any questions about payment methods, please contact the guest service team.

  • We prioritize the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in promptly addressing any damages. Customers are advised to report the damage to the hotel staff immediately. Any damage incurred to the property or articles within is to be replaced at the customer's expense.

  • Please let us know your dietary needs such as vegan, vegetarian, halal, kosher, gluten-friendly, and specific food allergens etc. Be sure to provide any such needs to our front desk or restaurant well in advance so thoughtful and safe meals can be prepared.

  • During a health emergency we can arrange for a qualified physician to visit you at the hotel.

     

    To facilitate a convenient payment process, we can include the call-out charges and any prescription medicine costs in your room bill, allowing you to settle the total amount upon departure. (Please note that taxes may apply to such invoices in accordance with local regulations.)

     

    In the event of any emergencies or incidents, if you require immediate first aid assistance, please don't hesitate to inform the staff at the front desk. The hotel is equipped with a first aid kit containing essential supplies to address minor injuries or health concerns.

  • Our rooms are equipped with square pin 13amp sockets. The voltage is 220 - 240 volts. If your electronic devices have round pins, we have placed two adapters in the drawer for your convenience.

  • We kindly request your cooperation in our ongoing commitment to reducing our environmental impact.

    Help us conserve energy by switching off lights and air conditioning when you are not in the room, ensuring a more sustainable stay.

    Please assist us in recycling by separating your plastic and glass bottles from the general waste. Proper disposal can significantly contribute to our environmental conservation efforts.

    Consider hanging up towels that you are willing to reuse, as this small action can make a significant difference in reducing water and energy consumption.

  • Our front desk operates from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, providing assistance and support throughout the day. However, for your convenience, we have a duty manager on call from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to address any matters that may arise during the night.

  • Enjoy complimentary laundry service, located in your room's vanity box. Simply fill out the item list and contact the guest service team for collection. Items submitted before 11am will be returned the same day, while those after 12pm will be returned the next day. Irons and ironing boards can be provided to your room, or our team can assist you anytime.

  • Housekeeping Services:

    Our daily cleaning service is available from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. If you need any additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our housekeeping team.

     

    In the evening, we offer a turndown service from 6:00PM to 9:00PM to ensure your room is prepared for a comfortable night's rest. If you require extra towels or any other housekeeping assistance, please reach out to our dedicated team.

  • We provide free Wi-Fi access in all public areas as well as in the comfort of your own room. Whether you need to catch up on work emails, stay in touch with loved ones, or simply browse the internet, our high-speed Wi-Fi will ensure you stay connected throughout your stay. Feel free to connect to our Wi-Fi network using the provided login credentials. If you encounter any issues or require assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to our helpful staff at the front desk.

    Rest assured that any items found by our diligent staff will be promptly handed over to the Lost & Found department. If you realize that you have misplaced or forgotten something, please contact our guest service team at your earliest convenience.

     

    Our front desk team will assist you in locating and retrieving your lost items, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • We kindly request our guests to be considerate of others staying at the hotel when returning to their accommodations late at night. Please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

  • Fumigation for pest control in the entire hotel is conducted once a week, every Monday between 10:00AM & 12:00PM, using eco-friendly chemicals to ensure a safe and environmentally friendly approach. During this time, we do recommend you still keep your windows & doors closed.

  • Please note that our hotel has a strict no-pet policy. We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed on the premises.

  • We kindly request that you safeguard your room key throughout your stay. For security purposes, please refrain from giving your room number or key to others. Upon checkout, please remember to return your room key to the front desk. In the event that you misplace your room key, please notify the front desk immediately. Please note that if a room key is lost, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of replacing the lock.

  • To ensure the security of your valuable belongings, we provide a safety box in your room for your use.

    The safety box is designed to be opened only with a PIN code, providing an extra layer of protection for your valuables. We strongly encourage you to utilize the safety box to secure any valuable items during your stay.

     

    Please note that while we take all necessary precautions to safeguard your belongings, the hotel will not be held responsible for any losses that may occur.

  • At our hotel, we prioritize your safety and security. We kindly remind you to ensure that your door is securely locked whenever you leave your room. Please exercise caution and refrain from opening the door to anyone unless you can positively identify them. If you notice any suspicious individuals on the hotel premises, we urge you to promptly contact the front desk.

  • For the safety and well-being of all guests, smoke detectors have been installed throughout the hotel, including guestrooms. These detectors are designed to detect and alert us to any potential smoke or fire hazards.

     

    We kindly ask that you refrain from tampering with or disabling the smoke detectors during your stay.

    In the event of a fire or the activation of a smoke detector, please follow the established evacuation procedures and immediately notify hotel staff.

  • We would like to inform our guests that tap water in our hotel is safe for brushing teeth and taking showers. However, we kindly advise against using it as drinking water. For your convenience, bottled water is provided in the rooms and is available for purchase at our hotel restaurant and bar. Should you have any further inquiries, please feel free to contact our front desk.

  • We have introduced a convenient tent card in your room to facilitate your request for a bed linen change.

    If you would like your bed linen changed more frequently than our standard every two days, simply place the tent card on your bed to notify our housekeeping team. To have your used towels replaced in the evening, please place them in the provided laundry basket. Our team will take care of the rest.

  • To enhance your travel experience, we offer a range of services to assist you in getting to and from the airport. Please contact our guest service team for detailed information on available transfer services and pricing.

    Additionally, our dedicated staff will be delighted to help you arrange taxi services, car rentals, bike rentals, or bicycle rentals, catering to your specific transportation needs. Should you prefer to explore the local area using public transportation, we will gladly guide you through.
